About me
Wild Spirit Breathwork grew from a quiet, personal experience. At a dark moment in my life, I turned to breath — alone and intuitively — and through Conscious Connected Breathing something softened. A deep trust in life returned. That trust is still with me, and it’s what quietly shapes this work.
I hold space — gently and safely — so you can meet whatever wants to be felt, at your own pace. This work is not about performance or spiritual roles. It’s about honesty, presence, and listening to the body’s own wisdom.
Nature, simplicity, and stillness are part of how I work. Wild Spirit Breathwork is for anyone at a threshold — a pause, a transition, a moment where something inside is asking to be met with care. I walk alongside you, as a companion, while you continue trusting your own path.
My work is informed by my training with Breathwork Africa, rooted in a safe and gentle approach.
